Operating an Isuzu NKR77 delivery truck or TFR pickup in dense commercial traffic places intense stress on the clutch pack. When fitted with standard light-duty friction linings, excessive thermal cycling causes rapid surface glazing, resulting in pedal slippage under full cargo payloads and harsh gear shifting into first and reverse.
This 250 mm replacement disc featuring a 24-spline center hub matches original factory specifications (reference 8-94375248-0 and 8-97377899-0). Produced under EXEDY manufacturing tooling, it incorporates copper-strand interwoven composite facings that remain stable past 280°C, while high-tensile damper coils isolate cyclic diesel firing pulses before they reach transmission gears.

1. Flywheel Inspection: Check the flywheel contact surface for blue heat discoloration or deep grooving before installing a new disc.
2. Spline Lubrication: Apply a minimal coat of high-temp spline grease to the 24T input shaft splines, slide the disc back and forth, and wipe away all excess grease.
3. Pilot Bushing Replacement: Always press in a fresh pilot bearing and release throwout bearing during disc replacement to prevent release fork chatter.
