1.Product Introduction

4HK1 engine overhaul gasket include cylinder head gasket, all engine oil seals, valve chamber gasket , valve oil seals, and all other engine gasket. Overhaul Gasket  is an elastic sealing element placed between the cylinder block and the cylinder head. Since it is impossible to be absolutely flat between the cylinder block and the cylinder head, a cylinder head gasket is required to prevent high-pressure gas, lubricating oil and cooling water from escaping between them.

Overhaul Gasket  is made of low-carbon steel material, which is formed into a core plate with a sealing convex ring by stamping and forming, and then the surface is coated with a rubber coating after treatment. The function of the sealing convex ring is to strengthen the strength of the cylinder mouth of the combustion chamber and resist the impact of high temperature and high pressure. The function of the core plate coating is to compensate for the roughness of the cover plate.
